Dear loyal customers of Brothers International and Brothers All Natural, 

As the entire country and world navigates the COVID-19 outbreak, we are operating in uncharted territory both personally and professionally. We want to let you know what steps Brothers International is taking to keep our employees and contacts safe, in conjunction with operating to serve your needs. We understand the questions are many and the answers are few at the moment, and things are changing rapidly. We hope to let you know where things stand today. 

Our first priority is to do our absolute best to keep our employees, customers and contacts safe and informed. We are advising our people on how they can best keep themselves, families and their colleagues safe through sound hygienic practices. We are prioritizing the cleanliness and disinfection of our work areas. If anyone feels ill we have asked them to stay home and seek medical care. We have suspended company-related travel. As closures and cancellations increasingly impact both our personal lives and our jobs, our management team is working with all our employees to ensure that they are able to take care of their families and our company can continue to function to meet all needs of our customers.

Our freeze-dried fruit snack division, Brothers All Natural, has many of its products manufactured overseas, therefore we have been continually meeting as a management team regarding the business ramifications of the COVID-19 outbreak since January. While shipments of our products from China were significantly reduced in February and March, we were able to build inventory before that (in anticipation of Chinese New Year) and with shipping expected to return to a more normal schedule by the end of March we believe that any inventory shortages will be minimal and temporary. 

For our Ingredients customers, the experience in China has been a big help as we have been working with many of our suppliers in other countries to ship product early before they are impacted. We are also communicating with and advising our customers that they should consider taking product early to ensure supply chain continuity.
